Leftovers hand 'pies' made with roti/chapati/murtabak dough. super easy, super good, super fun

I made one of my random meals today, there's no official name to it, I just make a thin, oily, dough and shove whatever I have left over into it, wrap it, fry it crispy and we eat it.  I have tentatively called it

DRIVE BY RECIPE: LEFTOVERS HAND PIES WITH ROTI/CHAPATI DOUGH

The ingredients for the dough are:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup (almost) warm water
pinch of salt,
pinch of sugar
oil

No there's no amounts for the oil, you put a little in the dough and a little over it while it rests and use that oil to fry them.

Ingredients for the filling...

whatever you have in your fridge that you like and want to put in a pie, in whatever combination you want.

INSTEAD of a million pictures, this time, yeah, I did, I made a video...

There you go my lovelies, let me know when you make them and how much you love them... oh what you put in them!!!

/enjoy
