It is tied with string and weighs in at 4.79lbs. I am going to use this recipe with it and make minor adjustments...like time to cook but will definitely use the dijon mustard and Panko. This just sounds like it tastes too good to ignore. Naturally, I can't start it for 2 1/2 hours as your Cheap Roast is in the oven for sandwiches! I probably should have cooked this first but I didn't think that far ahead. Maybe this will be dinner for tomorrow and roast beef sandwiches for dinner tonight. Ummm...you do have other recipes on your website and some don't need the oven...the pressure cooker is still available as is the stove....hmmmmm...time to start looking while I am starving so I make a wonderful meal in a short amount of time and don't snack away my appetite.
